The art of kinesis, (all of them are on this page)

Atmokinesis:

About Atmokinesis
The ability to manipulate the weather. It operates by making subtle changes to wind, air pressure, temperature, and the earth’s electromagnetic field. These changes eventually bring out a change in the weather.

Weather Changing - Tech 1
Find something you can use to channel your energy. If you practice magic, a simple wand or athame will do. Close your eyes and visualize the kind off weather that you want to bring about. Be as specific as possible. Try to hear the wind, smell the rain, feel the change in temperature, what ever. Then, imagine sunlight ( the most influential force in weather) pouring into you. Let it build up in your solar plexus and when you're ready, release it into the sky through the tool you've chosen. It might also help if you literally tell the energy what to do as you release it.


Weather Changing - Tech 2
For this one you might first want take time to meditate. Think about what kind of weather you wish to bring about and channel the appropriate elemental energy. When you're ready, stand in the grounded position, and cup your hands together to make a ki ball. Visualize the ball's energy in the form of the element you need {wind, rain, lighting, or again, just simple sunlight.} Tell your ki ball what it needs to do and when you feel it's ready, release it and Visualize it zooming into air and exploding its energy throughout the sky.

Telekinesis:
 
 
What is Telekinesis?

Telekinesis is the art of moving things with your mind rather than your body. Telekinesis is by far the hardest kinesis to master simply because it's difficult to practice. With Pyrokinesis you can practice making a flame, something already growing and shrinking, grow or shrink. With Hydrokinesis you take water which is already moving in tiny currents which are almost undetectable and make them grow into visible waves. Aerokinesis is organizing and strengthening the small breezes always around you. With Telekinesis you have to take something that's holding still and make it start moving. Pyrokinesis practitioners can tell you that making a fire is a lot harder than manipulating a fire, because starting is always the hardest part of motion. While Telekinesis is the hardest to learn it is also one of the most useful kinesis types around too. The following are some examples of Telekinesis practices but feel free to make your own, just keep in mind that from easiest to hardest, the types of movement are like this:

Anything you are touching
Swinging
Spin (if it spins easily like a psi wheel)
Fall over
Roll
Slide
Lift
Crush


Tech 1 - Swinging
For this you obviously need something which swings. A pendulum for divination works best, but anything which swings will do. While choosing your object keep in mind that it should have a weight at the end and it should be as balanced as possible. If using a necklace it's better if you can use the necklace open. Looped things are harder to swing in certain directions.

Once you have what will serve as your pendulum hold it by the end and rest your hand on something solid so your pendulum won't be swung by your arm getting tired. Don't try to move your pendulum at first, just look at it. Some people have strong pulses through their fingers, strong enough to move the pendulum a bit. If you're one of these people become acquainted with the normal kind of movement it makes so you won't get confused. Once ready to actually move the pendulum choose the way you want it to move: forward/back, left/right, clockwise, or counterclockwise. Stare at the pendulum and see it moving in that direction in your mind. Some people find it helpful to just chant "move" or "spin" in their mind at it. For the first several times you may go into a meditative state before it moves. While it doesn't happen to everyone I assure you it is quite normal.


Tech 2 - Spinning
First you will need a psi-wheel;
To make the PSI Wheel, cut your foil into a square. One about 2 inches square is a good size, but a little smaller or larger will still work most of the time.
Fold the square of foil in half to form a triangle. Lay the foil on the table with the fold edge toward you. Take one corner with the folded edge and fold it over to meet the other corner with a folder edge. You should now have a smaller triangle. Crease all the edges so there is a definite fold in the foil.
Open the foil back up but do NOT fold it out flat. Leave it with a point in the middle sticking up and the 4 corners even around the lower edge.
Find something to stand it on like a needle or tall pushpin and make sure it will stand up straight (try using clay or a wad of wax.

Using the same visualization and repeating thought you used on the pendulum, use your mind power to turn the foil (wheel) around on the pin. In the early stages, it really doesn't matter which way it turns. Try to turn it one way for a while and if that doesn't work for you then try to turn it the other way. As with all of the exercises, try to become one with the item. Visualize your minds energy down to the cellular level and see it mesh with the cells of the foil wheel and make it turn.
 
 
Electrokinesis:
Learning Electrokinesis
Alright, first off, this takes a couple of weeks to get down, so don't get frustrated if you can't do it in the first couple of days. Alright now, to learn to control electrokinesis, start out but just closing your eyes, and visualizing electricity flowing inside and out of your body, like sparks of energy. See them shocking, actually hear them crackling and popping. Do this for like 10-15 minutes a day, and with enough practice, you will actually start to hear little popping noises of the electricity. And if you can project it out of your hands, you can try to shoot it at your TV or radio, and see if it makes the reception a little messed up, or you could try to shock someone. Do this for a while, then if you want, try to make an Electro-ball

Electrokinesis Tech 2
The easiest time to do it is when you're laying in bed before you go to sleep. Close your eyes and visualize the electricity running through the body part of choice. Try to do all these things one after another or mix them. Visualize it running up say, your hand, in waves of electricity like the kind of waves old TV's get sometimes that go up the screen. Then after that, visualize it sparking and even arcing out of your finger tips and hands. Try to feel the sparks the best you can, sometimes your fingers will just go sort of numb and they will feel weird if you try to move them. Then open your eyes and do the same thing for a while...eventually you should start seeing very faint pencil thin lines of electricity or round dot size sparks or both.

Electro Ball
This is basically a ki ball with electricity from electrokinesis added into it. To start, visualize the electricity flowing through your body. Then, make a normal ki ball, then picture the electricity bolts coming out of your hands and your fingertips, and merging with the ki ball, making little sparks and shocks around and inside the ki ball. Do this for about 5 minutes a day, along with just picturing the electricity flowing inside of you. Just keep practicing and with enough work, you'll start to actually hear little popping noises from the electricity, and when you get the electro-ball, you will be able to shock people with it. I think that's really the only fool-proof way to test this one. But be warned, don't use a lot of power with this technique on someone if you know that their power is less than yours and they won't be able to handle it, this technique can really injure someone when used with enough power.

Lightning Ball
To start out, just make a normal ki or mana ball and charge it up. Next, start visualizing lightning striking down all around you. Actually hear the crack and sizzle of the lightning bolts. Then, visualize all little lightning bolts striking around your hands and striking into your ki ball and causing electric shocks inside and outside it. It would make it even better if you know how to perform some electrokinesis. You will know by the feeling you get in your hands if you have made this correctly. When it's made, blast away.


Alpha Modi's Electrokinesis Techs

Electroshield
Make a Ki, Mana, or Psi shield. Visualize the shield crackling with electricity, like lightning is flashing around you in a sphere shape. This will not only start to charge the shield with the natural electricity of your body, but it will magnetically charge the shield so it will draw in more electricity from the world around you. Once enough electricity is in the shield it will just keep generating more of it's own. The charge in the shield is like static electricity on steroids and will zap people if they come in contact with it and can travel up beams of energy to zap people who are attacking with energy. It can also help absorb physical electrical zaps, but you need to be careful since the shield is your energy so if the shield doesn't stop the electricity it'll go straight into you.

Aura-Frying Jing Ball
Make a Jing ball and shell it with Psi. Make the shell super-thick and fill it with electricity like you did for the Electroshield. You can throw it, blast it, use it at the end of a beam, whatever. When it hits your target the combined attributes of the Jing and the electric energy will just completely fry the person's aura.

Static Ball
Just like there is ki coming off you all the time there's electricity coming off you all the time too. The electricity usually just goes off into the air and doesn't do much of anything. Concentrate on your aura and feel the electricity tingling through it. Try putting your hand an inch or two above your arm and feel the tiny currents zipping between your hand and your arm. Once you're good and familiar with the static electricity on your body, cup your hands like you're making a ki ball. Try to suck that energy out of your aura and put it in your hands. You should feel a bit of numbness in the aura and then in your skin as the electricity pulses through and goes to your hand. If you hold the ball near delicate electronics it may disrupt them temporarily.

Finger-to-Finger Plasma Stream
When electricity is visible (like lightning) its plasma just like fire. Once good at moving electricity around your body, sit with your index fingers pointing at each other with about an inch gap between them. Choose a direction and try to flow the electricity around your whole body in a circle, going through the gap between your fingers. With enough time and practice you'll get sparks, flashes, and eventually a solid stream of electricity. In my experience the most common color is pink with a little orange.

Electro-Heat
Electricity can generate heat. That's evident in how hot the lightbulb gets when it's just electricity flowing through the filament. This is a test to try and flow electricity through things which are much less susceptible to electrical currents. Get a long candle and hold both ends. Start flowing energy like you did in the Finger-to-Finger tech. If successful the heat of the electricity will start melting the candle. This is a very hard tech to do and is kind of like the electrokinesis equivalent of lifting a thousand pounds. The first few times you succeed at all you'll just notice the candle is warmer. After time practicing you'll notice the candle is also more flimsy as the wax softens from the heat.

Charging/Draining battery
Do NOT do this unless you're skilled enough to not get hurt. Even if you think a battery is empty there may be just enough charge to zap you real hard, especially if you're crazy and trying this with a car battery. Draining is obviously even more dangerous. Make sure you don't over-charge it because there's a possibility it will then explode. To recharge a battery you just touch both ends and flow energy through it like with the candle exercise, however make sure you let less energy in than you put out, so as you flow energy through the battery some of it is left behind. This will add up and charge the battery. Draining it is the much more dangerous version. Do the same thing except try to put in less energy than you take out. The nature of a battery is that it's cramming a bunch of energy together and it naturally wants to get out from all that "pressure." So it can be very hard to keep the whole thing from just jolting into you. Direct the energy into your aura because too much random electricity flowing through your physical body can disrupt your nervous system.

Exploding a Lightbulb
Okay, this one is mostly pointless but it's very fun. I've never successfully lit a lightbulb since I just can't seem to get the right amount of energy flowing through. It's either not enough or so much it blows up (they're delicate). Hold the gold part of a lightbulb, make sure you're wearing long sleeves, gloves (or hold it through a sheet) and safety glasses of some sort (normal glasses work). I also suggest wrapping a sheet around your face since I cut my lip with this once. Once safe, just flow a bunch of energy into the thing. Make sure you listen carefully since sometimes you'll just pop the filament (wire that lights up). While pointless it's super fun. Best ones are the normal round lightbulbs found in everyday lamps. The small ones are harder to pop (especially the ones that are long and look like little fires). I haven't tried with florescent lightbulbs yet (the yard-long ones at school) but I know those kind are a lot different and will even light up sometimes if you hold them under electrical lines (try it, it's cool).

Making a Lightning Storm
It's pretty easy once you're powerful enough. A lightning storm happens when an area gets filled with so much electrical energy that it must discharge. Those huge lightning bolts all started out as nothing but static electricity from wind. To create a lightning storm you must be able to work over a great distance. You need to suck in all the static electricity around you and start channeling it some distance away from you. I find sending it in psi works really well. Once you create a big enough charge it will change the weather and start generating more electricity of it's own until there is Lightning.

Summoning Lightning
This one is very dangerous. But if you're so unskilled it's impossible to block you're also too unskilled to do it. You must ground or you will die. During a lightning storm either natural or one you made, start sucking in all the static electricity into your aura. Once it is super-charged start forcing it to move up, becoming taller. This will cause a zap between your aura and the storm above. If grounded the electricity will not stay in you but pass through you and empty into the ground like it normally would. While this doesn't have much benefit since you'll get from the lightning about as much energy as you spent making it go through you, it's a great feat of electrokinesis.

Shooting Lightning
Like all these techs they're not hard once you're good enough to perform them at all but getting that good takes a lot of time. Like the others you need a good charge of electricity going through yourself. Once you find the target you want to hit you need to send the energy out with your will and visualization. Keeping it from just crackling and splitting and turning into static electricity is the hardest thing imaginable unless you're shooting a lightning rod. Making it hit your target is also hard. You've seen how lightning bends and jerks suddenly instead of going straight, right? That's because it's attracted to small energy currents in the air. If there's anything to attract it then it will go towards it. This makes it even harder to hit a specific target since it will constantly be pulled off course so you either need to correct it at the end or keep it going perfectly straight.
 
Cryokinesis:

Preparation for Cryokinesis
Your body needs to be in the right condition in order to be able to safely perform cryokinesis, for if one is properly conditioned, he/she is immune to the effects of ice. Start out by Taking a piece of ice and holding it in both your hands. Keep your fist clenched around the ice, and don't let go, no matter how much it hurts. Time yourself for one minute. After a minute, you may release the ice cube. Do this five times a day. After a week, extend the time to two minutes. After another week, extend it to three minutes. Then after a month, keep the ice cube in your hand until it melts. Make sure you condition both hands equally. During this two month period, also begin taking cold baths. Lower the temperature of the water, every week that you extend the time you hold on to the ice cube. After this training period of about two months, you body should be conditioned to withstand hostile temperatures. You can only manipulate ice as much as you body can handle.

Standard Ice Ball
Stand in a grounded position. Place your hands out in front of your navel(belly-button). Shape them just as you would if you were creating a ki or psi ball. Now visualize the water element all around you, flowing in between your hands. Then visualize a cold gust of wind sweeping across and forming the water into ice. Force the ice into a ball between your hands, and let the ice keep materializing in between your hands, until you've made a complete ball. There should a cold point in the center of your palms. This is where the ice element power is actually produced.

Dropping the temperature in a room
Stand in a comfortable position, and feel out the energy around you. Then begin to focus on the temperature of the room you are in. This works best if the temperature is already a little cold. Now visualize the air getting colder, and the energy freezing into ice. It helps to picture a thermometer dropping. Then begin to visualize waves of ice emitting from your body, and going through the entire room. If successful, the room should get a little cooler.

Cryo-Ki Fusion
Do a basic grounding but well grounding, Instead of taking ki energy take in Water, And as it goes up your veins its getting colder and when it mixes with your ki its a blue colour.(swirling around well it fuses).

Ice blast
Make an Ice-Ball (standard Ice ball technique). Blast it like a regular ki ball and send it to your opponent then once it hits them absorbing into them and turning your target into ice, they wont turn to ice but they may get shivers, or get cold.

Kori Hari
(ice needles)
Now, to start out, draw in the water energy, and pack it into your arms. Picture it freezing like in the ki ball technique, but staying inside your arms. Now, tense up your arms and shoot them forward as if for a blast, but this time, use your ishi(will power) to have the ice energy come out of your palms and fingertips in the form of little needles of ice, which you should focus on pelting your opponent with.

Note: This is similar to the Ice blast technique, using the icicle. But, it is a bit harder and takes more practice.

Tsurara Tate
(Ice shield)
Stand in a wide stand, concentrate on the elemental energy of water, and draw into your body. Picture it filling up your body, then see the cold merging with your ki in your Tan Tien. When you think you have enough, tense up your muscles, become completely focused, and see the water element exploding out of you and freezing halfway through the air making a dome of ice around your body. Picture this happening and also picture the water element inside of you powering you up internally, like a internal ki flame.

Geokinesis:

Tochi Tate
"Earth Shield"
This is a lot like the other elemental shield techniques. Get into a ready stance, and summon ki around your body in a power up. Now start gathering earth energy, make it swirl around inside your ki flame. Keep loading up your ki flame with earth energy until you feel it is fairly strong. Now, send all that energy that is swirling around you to the front of you, and use your mind to make it form something such as a brick wall-type shield. Keep adding earth energy to it, and program it to whatever you want...Just remember that you CANNOT shield from physical objects.

Earth Fuse
This is a technique that I devised to fuse your ki with the energy of the earth, so that you are more adapted to the energy and can understand it better. To start, get into a comfortable position, like for grounding. Close your eyes, and picture the energy from the earth floating all around you and glowing beneath the surface under you. Now, send some of your ki, in the form of string-type streams down into the earth, connecting the earth with your Dan Tien. Now picture your ki fusing with the earth's energy, and absorbing some of it into your Dan Tien. When it seems to be fairly full, (this part is optional.) perform a ki flame-type power up, picturing the two energies fusing together all inside of you.

Earth Punch
Warning: Can be dangerous. This is kind of like a Ki Flame punch, although this is designed to feel much harder than a normal punch. You may want to perform an Earth Fuse before doing this, so that you will already be in contact with the Earth's energy. Now, power up as you normally would, but take in earth energy with it. Swirl the earth energy with your own ki. Now, bring you hand back, make a tight fist, and use the earth energy to surround your hand, and picture it making a big rock around your fist, or turning your fist to stone. Send the last of that earth energy into your fist, and take a big step forward and smash your foe with all your might, and picture the stone braking on them.

Earth blades
make a fist and then put your fist so you knuckles are facing the ground.Then put earth energy 1 inch above your knuckles and then slowly visualize a green blade coming out filled with the earths energy.

Pyrokinesis:

Warm up: Dancing Flame
Try moving the flame to the right or left, do not confuse flickers as pyrokinesis, it should move the the left or right and stay there for bout a second.... NO FLICKERING! ...
This may take a few tries even weeks maybe but remember focus is key you may want to meditate for about five to ten minutes after focus on the flame and visualize a string tide around your finger connected to the finger then try to move the flame

Exercise 1
The dancing flame part 1 putting it out
Only about 5% of people can make the flame go out on their first try.
Get in a relaxed position and meditate for as long as you feel you need i suggest about 10 to 15 mins , and grab a candle. Light the candle on fire and focus on the flame. Create a "tunnel" between you and the flame. Now visualize the flame going out. You must be focusing on only the flame. With enough will power, and hard concentration, the flame will go out. Putting a flame or fire out is the second the first was moving the flame easiest part of Pyrokinesis.

Exercise 2
Heating a penny or other coin
Initially it will only be a slight increase in heat. Don't get discouraged!
Get a penny and place it in your palm. Concentrate on a flame starting on the penny, try and hold your concentration for as long as you can. The longer you hold it the stronger the effect will be. Any coin will work, but copper heats the best.

Raising the room temperature
Sit down , get relaxed. Picture the air around you where your aura might be and picture it getting hot and wavy like a car in the summer(the Air around the car). Try to feel the heat on your body picture yourself hot and sweaty. Picture a thermostat raising, This would help. It will raise the temperature in the room a few degrees.

Flame Renewal
Get in a meditative position, Get relaxed. Breath normally through your stomach not your chest as usual. Imagine A small flame in your dan tien(belly button), And visualize it getting bigger and after a long time Engulfing your body. Now Do a ki flame, with the flame around you, Your energy should be renewed. Odd but it works.

Creating a Fire-Ball
*May want to be near a source of heat*
Create a basic ki ball(not hard, right?) Now Picture yourself Getting hot like you did in flame renewal, Then DO the flame renewal. Draw the energy from the fire around you and bringing into your ki ball. Turning your ki ball red. Keep drawing from the fire until your hands feel hot. Don't worry this takes a few tries.

Pyro-Ki Fusion
Get in a grounding position, Or Horse riding stance if you will. Take in your energy as you would with Ki energy, From The ground. Instead of ki energy have Red Fire Energy, and when it comes into your dan tien, Fusing with your ki swirling around like mixing blue and red paint. Then you have a Fire-Ki Energy mixture.

Fire Blast
Place your hands at your sides as to perform an advanced ki blast. Charge up the ki into your palms but also visualize being engulfed in fire surrounding you. Let the flames build up and collect between your palms. Merge the ki in your hands with the fire between your hands. You should feel heat unless you are very advanced (in that case you may see a flame). Shoot your hands forward at the target and visualize the fire coming off your hands (just like shooting a psi ball) Warning If you aren’t prepared the flame can also attack you.

Hii Tate
(Fire Shield)
Do the Fire fusing technique before attempting this!!!
Let your energy Flow through the veins in your body so every part of your body is covered on the inside. Now Radiate your energy out(the heat of the car aura again) Now you should have an aura of this energy. Now Form a circle or ball of Fire around your body keep adding energy until its sufficient.

Fire Blade
Make fire energy pool at your index finger and middle finger. Force all of it into the finger tips. Move your Those two fingers in a circle, making a small ring of fire. Then fill those same two fingers with ki (hopefully you know what that is. If not, then it is your body’s energy. For more info e-mail me). Then make a ring of ki in the middle of the ring of fire. Make three ki balls and but them in the middle of the ring of ki. Connect them with strings of ki and make a ki ball in the middle. Make the disc spin so fast that it creates the illusion of not moving at all. Finally, throw it.

Aerokinesis:

Tech 1
Aerokinesis is the control of air. By using aerokinesis, you can create a small breeze, or a whole lot of wind. So, you go outside (preferably in a quiet place like your yard, or the roof of a school where you won't be disturbed) and concentrate for a couple seconds. Try to get a feel for the air. Feel how cold or warm it is, how strong or weak the wind is, stuff like that. So don't go out there and meditate for an hour (unless you think it's necessary), this only takes a small amount of concentration. Now, think how that wind would feel hitting you from a direction of your choice. Then, once you feel the wind start to kick up, try to make it as strong as you can.

Tech 2
Focus your mind, but don't go into a full meditation. You should be standing in the general area you want the wind to come to. Raise your hands a comfortable height in the air. Imagine cords connecting to a huge "sheet" of wind. Pinch those imaginary cords between your thumb and forefinger. Now snap your wrists back(you should be standing with raised palms towards the wind). Imagine, as you jerk the cords, the "sheet" rippling, and coming toward you, picking up speed. If you're outside, picture the tops of the trees swaying and rustling their leaves as the wind pushes past them. Keep doing these two things until the trees actually start to move. Once this happens, snap your wrist and arms down and back, and visualize the "sheet" becoming almost a wave, crashing down towards where you're standing and blowing past you. As long as you keep concentrating the wind should keep coming, sometimes in gusts, and sometimes in a long steady wind. If you practice enough, you can become very good at this and the winds will be stronger.

Aero-Ball
First, call a wind summon. Next gather air energy in your hands. Form it into a ball-like shape. Gather until there is nowhere for the energy to go but out. Release all air energy in a form of a ball. Air Blade Basically use your ability to sharpen the air. Condense the air into a blade; this may help you visualize a sword or a knife. After it's condensed, focus on sharpening the blade, just keep sharpening until you feel that it's razor sharp, then either swing it,, or launch it in a wave.

Aero-Jump
First, concentrate on controlling the air around you. Then jump into the air. Then, when you reach the peak of your jump, focus and condense the air underneath your foot to become as hard as stone. Vacuum Speed Control the air in front of your leg, and in the path of the leg and move it somewhere else to create a vacuum. The lesser air pressure means lesser air resistance, and you will kick faster.

Resistance Shield
Visualize the molecules in the air being drawn to you, and compacting tightly as a shield around your body, visualize the shield being a sphere over your body bonded by the air molecules and time you breathe, more molecules compacting on the sphere, keep visualizing the sphere becoming denser.

Air Pressure Wave
Visualize air molecules being drawn to your palms, and visualize those atoms stacking up as a wall of tightly bonding air atoms in front of you. Visualize your hands being filled with the substance of air within it. Feel it flowing through your body. And visualize it building up in your palms. Now put your palms on the wall of pressured air and visualize your air ki blasting out at the wall and push it.

Medium Tornado Tech
To start off you need to meditate for at least an hour and after that you have to feel the wind and be one with the wind feel it rage form that rage in circles going up in the air. Hand tornadoes First you need to mediate for an hour, imagine strings of energy connecting you to the wind now that you can feel the attachment to the wind, control the wind, and let it blow in the two directions to know what it feels like. Now imagine that tornadoes are forming around your hands and feel the wind getting stronger around your hand and blowing in your face with a lot of power, now let all your bad emotions go in the tornado around your hand and let it rage with power. When you have done it the wind is suppose to be blowing like a tornado is in front of you.

Sonokinesis:

Sound Blast
First you have to meditate for about 10 minutes, but the longer you meditate the better. Next visualize air molecules, which carry human speech, all around you. I usually visualize it as the static on the TV when you change it to a channel it does not carry. Anyway visualize it all around you, now feel it, don't just see it. Now here is the fun part. Gather the air molecules into a ball in your hand, pick your target, and blast away. Don't blast towards glass; it has the same effect as a high-pitched sound.

Magnokinesis:

About Magnokinesis
Magnokinesis is the ability to manipulate, create and control gravity and magnetic waves. While you are learning Magnokinesis it is important to make sure that you are actually moving objects via magnetic waves, not Telekinesis.

Magnetic Wave Manipulation
